Gallery Oldham

The main public gallery and cultural centre in Oldham, Gallery Oldham provides a wide range of exhibitions and activities for the local community and visitors.

The Brief

A completely redesigned, modern looking website, based on a robust CMS and built in such a way that Gallery staff can manage and update the site. It needed to showcase the Gallery’s attractions and facilities, helping visitors to easily find information about exhibitions, courses, and events, and to explore collections and cultural heritage.

The Solution

The new website is easy to navigate that works well across all devices. It has a fresh, inviting design that maintains continuity with Oldham Council branding while still retaining its own individuality. The website now runs on WordPress, an open source CMS that is widely used with a rich ecosystem of support.
